Volunteer
Volunteers are a major part in the success of the ReStore.
The store is open Tuesday– Friday, 10 am– 6 pm and Saturday 9am- 5pm. We are looking for volunteers for morning and evening shifts.
No matter if you are interested in regular, occasional, or group volunteering, we would greatly appreciate it if you would call us at 303-674-4917. It is a great opportunity to serve your community and have fun at the same time.
New items are received every day that need to be cleaned, tested and moved into our warehouse.
Volunteer duties may include:

- Customer service
- Cleaning and dusting furniture/appliances
- Loading/unloading donations
- Rearranging furniture
- Office work
Regular Volunteers
Regular volunteers commit to one (1) four-hour shift weekly. We need several regular volunteers to help our customers and run our cash registers. Regular volunteers can also work on the floor, assisting customers, arranging donations and cleaning. We also need occasional help with office work and filing. We could also use volunteers who are computer proficient and able to work a cash register.
Occasional Volunteers
These volunteers give us time when the can. They are instrumental in keeping the warehouse organized and clean. They help us load and unload donations and help our customers find what they need in the store. We welcome these generous occasional helpers.
Group Volunteering
Call the store manager at 303-674-4917 to sign up for a group workday at our ReStore. We work with businesses, schools, churches and social groups. We often organize special projects for groups that require lots of helping hands. Please call several weeks in advance to schedule a group.
Deconstruction Volunteers
These volunteers will help us deconstruct homes, condos or businesses whose contents have been donated to Habitat for Humanity. Deconstructions usually happen on weekends but weekday volunteers are needed as well. Working on a deconstruction team is exciting and fun.
